Manee Advisors delivers financial education programmes. All content presented in our sessions — whether written, spoken, or distributed as printed materials — is educational in character. It reflects the general knowledge and experience of our facilitators and is intended to help participants think more clearly about financial topics relevant to their lives.

Nothing communicated by Manee Advisors — in any programme, on this website, or in any written materials — constitutes financial advice within the meaning of applicable Thai law. Participants should make their own financial decisions and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any information received in our programmes.

Manee Advisors does not recommend, endorse, or have commercial relationships with any financial product provider, broker, fund manager, or insurer. No programme content is influenced by external commercial interests.

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed when Manee Advisors sends a written confirmation to the email address provided at the time of enquiry. A place is not reserved until this confirmation has been sent.

Our programmes are designed for adults aged 18 and above. Each cohort is limited to a small number of participants to allow for discussion-led learning. Manee Advisors reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion, including where cohort capacity has been reached.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information they provide is accurate and current. Manee Advisors is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect information provided during enrolment.

Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are as follows:

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation. Fees must be settled before the first session of a programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are quoted inclusive of all printed materials distributed during the programme. Travel, accommodation, and any other personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

If you need to withdraw from a programme, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 14 or more days before the first session: a full refund will be issued, less any bank transfer charges incurred.
• 7 to 13 days before the first session: a 50% refund will be issued.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund is available, though a transfer to a future cohort of the same programme may be arranged where places allow.

If Manee Advisors cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly. We will endeavour to give at least seven days' notice of any cancellation.

Manee Advisors reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, materials, session scheduling, or venue prior to the commencement of a programme. Where changes are material, participants will be notified in advance.

The facilitator for each programme is identified at the time of enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, a qualified substitute may lead a session. We will communicate any such change to enrolled participants in advance where possible.

All materials distributed in our programmes — including printed workbooks, reference guides, and reading lists — are the intellectual property of Manee Advisors. They are provided for the personal use of enrolled participants only.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt programme materials for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Manee Advisors. Sharing materials with family members for personal reflection, as encouraged in the Family Finance Across Generations programme, is expressly permitted.

All content on this website, including text, structure, and visual design, is the property of Manee Advisors. You may not copy or reproduce website content without our written permission.

Our programmes are discussion-led and rely on the willingness of participants to engage thoughtfully and respectfully. Participants are expected to treat fellow participants and facilitators with consideration.

Case studies and group discussions may draw on anonymous real-life examples. Participants are asked to treat information shared by other participants during group discussions with the same respect for privacy that they would wish for themselves.

Manee Advisors reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a programme where their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. In such circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from participation in our programmes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
